2) With 20 participants from 11 nations, 3 orchestra concerts with Kammerphilharmonie Graz, 2 teachers, 1 heroic soloist and a competition the Admont 2008 Conducting Seminar was a major operation and a huge success. The winner of the competition with unanimous votes from orchestra and jury was Johannes Liedbergius from Sweden. More on www.conductingmasterclasses.com/admont_2008.
3) My next masterclass in Austria - again together with Toby Purser - will be in Bad Aussee from Sunday 16 August till Sunday 30 August 2009. Bad Aussee [en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Aussee] is one of the best known alpine holiday resorts in Central Europe, beautifully located near Salzburg in the so called Salzkammergut.
